  • Hey Trojans, on Thursday at 5pm, there is an Alumni volleyball game and we would like you there. Our Senior boys and girls teams will be playing against Alumni! Hope to see you at this fun event.
  • The Second Line Band will head out bright and early on Thursday morning to play at the BC school’s Superintendent’s Association Conference in Vancouver. Wish the Boyd musicians luck.
  • The Second Line Band will rehearse today at lunch. All members playing at this Thursday’s gig please make sure you attend this rehearsal.
  • There is a Girls Up meeting today at lunch in Ms. Balaciano’s room 210.
  • Attention senior Boys volleyball players: Mandatory meeting in room 109 at lunch.
  • Attention: Grade 8 girls interested in playing basketball: Tryouts will be tomorrow at 3 pm in the old gym.
  • Any students who ordered Hugh Boyd clothing but have not picked it up yet, please see Mrs. Hayden on Wednesday at lunch in room 114! Mrs. Hayden is not here today, so meet her at lunch tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.
  • A huge congratulation to the bantam girls volleyball team on a great season. A reminder to the grade 8 girls to hand in their cleaned jersey to Mrs. Hayden by Friday!
  • Attention Grade 9 Boys basketball players. There is a practice today!
  • Attentions students interested in Law Enforcement as a career. Applications are now available for the RCMP 2019 Youth Academy. This intensive program is designed for physically fit youth 16 to 18 and will run from April 15-April 23 at the Stillwood Camp in Chilliwack. Cost is $800. If you are interested please see your Career Advisor or Counsellor ASAP as the application process is quite comprehensive. Deadline to submit the completed application is noon on Friday, Nov 30th.
  • Attention students who’ve applied to UBC’s early admission. Please make sure you fill in your Student Transcript Online Ministry Form, indicating UBC as one of the schools applied to, by Dec 1st. This deadline ensures UBC will see your grades from the Ministry for early admission decision. Please see your counsellor or Career Advisor if you require assistance.
