  • Europe Trip students! Please hand in your signed parents forms to Mr. Ma ASAP! Talk to Mr. Ma if you are not sure if you’ve handed them in! Forms are due yesterday!
  • Hey Student Council! Important meeting today at lunch! Be there or be square!
  • There will be a meeting of the Book Club this Wednesday at the library. We will be selecting a new book. Everyone is welcome! Get your book on!
  • There will be a meeting of the 3D Printing Club at lunch on Wednesday. Get your ideas on what you want to design or print. See you Wednesday and everyone is welcome!
  • Boyd hoodies forms are due back to the booth in the lounge by Nov 28th. That’s this Thursday.
  • Hey everyone! Our first pep rally this year is around the corner! Where? The old gym. When? At lunch Thursday, Nov 28. Be there or be square!
  • Jam sessions in the band room at lunch on Wednesday.
  • Tickets are for sale for the Key 21’s theatre production, Macbeth. Come on down to the office during lunch and after school to purchase your $12 ticket. Wed and Friday are sold out.
  • Attention graduates! It’s time to book your Grad photos! Go to Artona’s website to book your photo for January. Time slots are limited. Go to www.artona.com.
  • Attention students interested in the University of Alberta!  A representative will be at Boyd on Wed Nov 27 from 3-4pm in Room 106.  Topic covered will be stand out programs, how to apply, scholarships and more.  All students welcome!
  • Attention grade 12 students applying to UBC.  Deadline to apply for early admission is Dec 1st.  Apply by this date and automatically be considered for scholarships.  students who do not apply for early admission may apply to the regular round admission cycle, deadline is Jan 15th.  No applications will be accepted after this date.  And, if you have submitted your application for the early round offer deadline of Dec 1st, make sure to also complete the BCeID Ministry Transcript form by this deadline as well.   This allows UBC to view your grades for admission consideration.  If it’s not done, your offer could be delayed.  Please see your counsellor or career advisor ASAP if you need assistance.
