RASS: Keeping your Brain Engaged

Please join us for a virtual art workshop:

Engaging in art can support wellness at any age, and can support us to continue to age well. Please join Katy Vinson, Registered Art Therapist, for a creative online session, where you will learn the benefits of art making and art therapy, learn ways to engage in art both individually and with others, and have an art making experience to nurture yourself! An opportunity to share and to speak about your art and art making experience will be provided. No art experience necessary.

What you will need: (we can work with what you have!)
-two paper circles (about the size of dessert/salad plates - you could use a dessert/salad plate as a tracer!), preferably on white paper
-three to four sheets of blank paper
-pencils and pens (any colours)

-if you have any of the following, please feel free to collect, if not, no problem!: pencil crayons, felt markers,  paints/canvas/paint brushes, oil or chalk pastels,  magazines and a glue stick
