Student Notices - April 25, 2022
- Senior Boys Basketball team: Your uniforms are OVER DUE. Please hand them into the office ASAP. You will be fined if they are not brought in.
- Badminton Club: There is practice Tuesday after school in the old gym and Friday after school in the new gym. Bring your forms, money, and racquets! See you there!
- Attention Lego Club, there is NO meeting this Wednesday because of the early dismissal. See you next week!
- Track and Field Athletes: Your first meet is NEXT WEDNESDAY. This is the last week to practice. Runners! You have a practice TODAY at 4:30PM. Meet by the Turf field. Also, meet in room 122 AT LUNCH TODAY to sign out some running cleats and pick up a jersey"
- High Jumpers! There is a practice this Wednesday at Minoru Park at 2PM. Hope you can make it!
- Field Throwers: There are practices on Tuesday and Thursday this week. Meet on the field by the Tech wing!
- Do you need volunteer hours? Want to get 8 hours in ONE day? Meet in room 122 TODAY at lunch to sign up for the Elementary Track and Field Meet. See you there"
- Come down to the lounge today at lunch as Mr. Taylor’s Social Justice class will be selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts to support Ukrainian Families displaced by the current war. Each doughnut is $2.50 and all profits will be going to help these most suffering!
- Are you entering grade 12 in September and planning to attend post-secondary after high school? If so, this fall you can start early! Apply NOW for LinK38 – a partnership between Kwantlen Polytechnic University and the SD38 Career Programs Office. Choose from 20 university transferable courses. You will earn university and high school credits AND the course tuition is FREE! Applications are found on the Career Programs slat board in your school and on our website. You can also get one from your Career Advisor, Counsellor or Career Ed teacher. Applications are due to our Cambie office no later than May 24th.
