Student Notices - June 10, 2022

  • Get ready Trojans, Grad committee is selling Freezies for $1 in the lounge at lunch today.

  • June is National Indigenous History Month, and June 21st is National Indigenous Peoples Day. Please look for displays and activities in the library and around the school to learn more about and to celebrate the different First Peoples on whose ancestral land we are living and learning on. Keep an eye out for upcoming school wide events and activities.

  • This is a reminder that all recently checked out or overdue books, printing or replacement fees are due June 13th. Anything returned after June 13th will be billed to your school account until the materials are returned. We actually don't want your money-we just want the books back for others to enjoy. Thank you for being thoughtful to others!

  • June is also Pride Month.  Let's celebrate and learn more about our diverse 2SLGBTQ+ community in our school and beyond.  Don't know where to start? come down to the library and check out the many resources for the community and allies.  We also have novels, graphic novels, and manga representing all sexual orientations and gender identities.  Read with Pride!

  • Attention all Art students grade 8 – 12 from First and Second semester. Pleases see Ms. Moss as soon as possible to pick up any artwork to take home before Summer break. Don’t forget to take your beautiful Fortune tellers, art accordions, clay projects, mandalas or watercolour paintings!! Remember art can personalize your room or make great homemade gifts for friends and loved ones!!
