We are pleased to provide the Hugh Boyd 2022-2023 schedule. 

Your schedule reflects the British Columbia Graduation requirements and the course selections you made in March, 2022. 

In some instances, courses you selected may not have been able to be scheduled because of conflicts with a required course or a cancellation of a course for next year. 

While we have done our best to provide you with a balanced schedule based on your requests, we do understand that you may wish to request a course change. While we review every request, they are difficult to accommodate. As such, many of the of requests may go unfulfilled. 

Grade 12’s are entitled to one Study Block. If you desire a Study Block, please use the online course request form (link below). 

If you are missing a course and do not have a full course schedule, please review the courses available in that block (see attachment) and indicate your desired course. Otherwise, a counsellor will connect with you. 

To request a course change, our online form MUST be used and submitted by JUNE 13th. You can access the online form here:

To assist in submitting a request, it is important to review the school schedule attached. 

Please note that although it may appear that you can change the placement of a course, this is not always possible because of class size restrictions.  

Course change requests must be completed by June 13th. Once these requests have been fulfilled, counsellors will review further requests. Counsellors will also be available the week prior to the first day of school to review any requests submitted over the summer. 

You will be notified via email if your course change request has or has not been completed. Therefore, please do not email for status updates regarding your request, as this will delay our ability to review and make changes. Your counsellor will contact you if they need more information.
