Parents/Guardians with concerns are invited to make appointments to meet with their teen’s teachers during Parent Teacher Conferences on November 27^th from 2-4 pm and November 28^th  from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. To book a Parent/Teacher Conference, please go to the school appointments website:https://boyd.schoolappointments.com/

Here, you will be able to create an account and schedule conference appointments for you to meet with your teen's teachers. Accounts are reset each school year so all parents/guardians will need to register for a new account. For instructions on how to set up your account and book your appointments, please see our school website.

The School Appointment booking system will OPEN at 6 pm Friday, November 22, 2024.

Booking will CLOSE on November 26^th @ 3 pm.

All appointments will be held in person at Hugh Boyd. The appointments will be 7 minutes in length and all are held in the gym. Please note, you will need the names of your teen's teachers to book appointments.  

Time slots available per teacher are limited. If you are unable to book a time slot, we encourage you to reach out to the teacher directly. Teacher e-mail addresses may be found on our school website. https://boyd.sd38.bc.ca/our-staff

We will have an alternate bell schedule on November 27 and 28, with an early dismissal of 1:00 pm.
