Grade 12 Scholarships & Awards

Welcome to your Grade 12 scholarship hub. Financing post-secondary education takes planning, research, and attention to deadlines. Review each scholarship pathway below and explore the corresponding tabs:

• External Scholarships: Regularly updated throughout the school year with local, provincial, and national community-based awards, bursaries, and corporate sponsorships. Check back frequently, as eligibility criteria and application deadlines vary widely.

• School Nominated External Scholarships: Covers prestigious awards that require an official endorsement or nomination from Hugh Boyd Secondary before a candidate can apply. Review criteria and internal Boyd submission deadlines well in advance to be considered.

• In-House Boyd Scholarships: Open to graduating Hugh Boyd students and distributed locally in the Spring of 2027. Detailed application instructions, criteria, and package access will open later in the school year.

Start early, track your deadlines carefully, and connect with your counselling department if you need guidance with references, transcripts, or application packages.
