Please note that all Hugh Boyd Secondary School Parent-Teacher Conferences must be booked online. Detailed booking instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.

We encourage parents to book appointments to speak with your child’s teachers to discuss their academic progress, work habits, attitude, and behaviour. Please have your child’s report card with you so you know which teachers to book conferences for. Teachers may also have made invites for conferences through phone calls, emails, and report card comments.

Bookings times will be filled on a first-come basis.  All appointments are 7 minutes in length with 3 minutes of transition time between appointments). All conference appointments will be held in the school gym.

Please note that students will be dismissed at 1:00pm on April 22 and 23.
