Course change request form
Students will be receiving their Timetables at school on September 3 in their Homeroom classes.
The timetable is very tight and most change requests were accommodated last Spring. If, however, students need to have their timetable adjusted (due to missing a course, being enrolled in the wrong level, having taken a course over the summer), then they can request that a course be changed. Please also be advised that not all change requests can be accommodated.
To make a course change request, students MUST fill out the online form. Please DO NOT come to the Counselling office to speak with a Counsellor. They will be very busy working with the online forms and seeing students who have no schedule.
If your Counsellor is able to make the change you have requested, they will issue you a new Timetable in your Homeroom class (we open each school day with Homeroom until September 6). If Counsellors need to speak with you about your request, they will contact you. Please DO NOT come to the Counsellor centre. Any course change requests will be dealt with only (and much FASTER) if you complete the online form. Counsellors will also be operating off waitlists that were started last Spring. If a class is full, and you want into it, be sure to get your course request form in to secure your place on the waitlist.
The Course Change Request form is located here. Please ensure that you follow the timetable you have until you are issued a new timetable (do not start going to a class you have requested until you have been granted a new Timetable).
