PLT has proven to be an important block once a week during the school day to provide focused workshop opportunities or grade assemblies (i.e. CHIMO, RASS, ICBC Road Safety, etc.). Using instructional time that is set aside for these types of opportunities without missing specific class time was recognized by students and staff as a benefit of PLT.
