Valedictory 2026 Information
We are in the last few months of your graduating year, and we are excited to see the progress and success of all our grade 12 students. Please read the following carefully, as there is a lot of important information that requires follow up:
1). Valedictory Ceremony and /fees (Saturday, June 6, 2026 UBC Chan Centre)
The Valedictory ceremony for our grade 12 students is quickly approaching on Saturday, June 6 at 1:00pm at the Chan Centre at UBC. We have been working with UBC to secure the tickets. The $70.00 fee (paid via School CashOnline) covers the cost of the cap and gown, Chan Centre rental, and two complimentary tickets for each student for their family members. This is due on Friday, May 1. Students who do not pay the $70.00 Valedictory fee by the due date will not be able to virtually pick up their two complimentary tickets nor purchase additional tickets for Valedictory.
During Round 1 of ticket sales, all graduates will use the UBC ticket platform to order two complimentary tickets via the UBC ticket platform. Students will need to use the promo code 26HBG, and the student number for Round 1. In this round, the two complimentary tickets and up to three additional tickets for purchase will be available. This first round will open on Wednesday, May 6 at 10:00 am and close on Wednesday, May 20th at 11:59 pm. Once Round 1 closes, unclaimed complimentary tickets will no longer be available. Round 2 ticket sales will be a public round with no promo code and there will be no limits to the number of ticket purchases. This second round will open on Friday, May 22nd at 10:00am and remain open until tickets have been sold out.
Here is the link for ticket purchases. Mark your calendars and remember to start booking your two complimentary tickets and up to 3 additional tickets for purchase as of May 6 at 10 am.
