This is just to advise students and parents that while regular classes finished today, the school will be open and available to students who need to come in to complete any outstanding assignments or tests from Monday-Thursday next week.

Report Cards will be published to the MyEdBC Parent Portal on Thursday, June 29th.

As a reminder, the Grads of 2023 will have their special event on Sunday, June 25th and the structure for this event is as follows:

• Drop off a change of clothes to the school on Saturday afternoon
• Come to the school for a Red Carpet photo opportunity between 4:30-5:30 PM
• All students board the buses for Tsawwassen Springs Golf Course at 5:45 PM
• Dinner/Dance from 6:15-11:00 PM
• Board the buses back to Hugh Boyd by 11:30 PM
• Dry After Grad from 12:00 midnight until 5:00 AM

We would like to thank Mr. Mamonluk and the Student Council for organizing and hosting a great Last Day Carnival. We would also like to thank Mr. Smythe and the Yearbook class for creating and distributing this year's excellent edition of the Annual. Acknowledgement must also go out to Mr. Onukwulu and Ms. Lacson and the Awards committee for organizing and hosting the Awards Assemblies today.

It was a great final day of classes and we consider ourselves so lucky to get to work with such a wonderful group of young people.

This will be the WAAG for this week, but there will be some future communication coming to parents next week.
