We hope you are enjoying the last days of summer and are eagerly anticipating a return to school on Tuesday, September 5th!

We know families are looking for some information and sent out emails this morning that included:

• A Welcome Back Letter
• The August 2023 Newsletter
• A description of the first week of school
• And for Grade 8 students:
  • A Grade 8 helpful Handbook

As a reminder, Tuesday, September 5th will be broken into short Grade Assemblies and Homerooms as follows:

• Grade 9 & 10 students-10:00 AM in the New Gym
• Grade 11 & 12 students-11:30 AM in the New Gym
• Grade 8 students-1:00 PM in the New Gym

We will welcome our students to the school, walk through expectations and protocols and then send students to Homeroom where they will get their course schedule as well as locker assignments and Student Verification forms that need to be updated and returned to your Homeroom teacher by Friday, September 8th.

Homeroom assignments will be posted to the front doors of the school by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 1st.

For those students and families who are ready to get organized and would like to start paying fees and getting their agendas ready, we have attached some information about the KEV School Cash Online system, and students can start downloading the MySchoolDay agenda app. Also attached is a Responsible Technology Use document for all students to review (in both English and Chinese).
